1. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities under your account.
HomeClinic reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms or misuse of the platform.
2. Services Provided
CURA offers the following digital health services:
Teleconsultations via video, audio, and text.
Home health care and clinical appointments.
Lab workups (home and clinic-based).
Nursing care (home and clinic-based) and elderly home care.
Appointment and drug reminders.
Health monitoring (e.g., blood pressure, glycemic levels, HBA1c, urea, and creatinine).
Integration with wearable devices for remote monitoring and follow-up care (e.g., Apple Watch, ECG, pulse oximeter).
AI-driven symptom analysis, diagnosis suggestions, and doctor recommendations.
A WhatsApp bot for patient assistance and guidance to CURA.
Educational content on health topics such as SRH, maternal health, HIV, diabetes, hypertension, and substance abuse.
3. Use of AI and WhatsApp Bot
CURA’s AI and WhatsApp bot assist with patient queries, symptom analysis, and doctor referrals.
AI recommendations are for informational purposes only and do not constitute a medical diagnosis. Licensed healthcare professionals should confirm all recommendations.
4. User Responsibilities
Users must ensure the accuracy of their medical information shared on CURA.
CURA must not be used for illegal activities, fraud, or the dissemination of harmful content.
Medical information provided on CURA is supplementary and should not replace consultations with healthcare professionals.
5. Data Privacy and Security
HomeClinic ensures that CURA complies with Cameroon’s cybersecurity laws and other regulations to safeguard user data.
While we strive to provide secure services, users acknowledge that no system can guarantee absolute data security.
6. Limitation of Liability
HomeClinic is not liable for errors in diagnosis, missed appointments, or damages resulting from the use of CURA services.
Remote monitoring and AI-driven recommendations are supplementary to medical care and are not a replacement for in-person consultations.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cameroon, including Law No. 2010/012 on Cybersecurity and Cybercrime.
8. Changes to Terms
HomeClinic reserves the right to update these Terms of Service. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or platform notifications.
